Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism in Aurora, CO is hiring a full-time Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and help kids learn through play and structured activities.

This role requires an active RBT certification, being at least 18 years old with a high school diploma, and to complete paid RBT training within 20 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work with young children.

Responsabilités

• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
