Action Behavior Centers is hiring full-time Behavior Technicians to work with children with autism, providing play-based ABA therapy. The role offers paid training and full coverage of the RBT certification, with the option to pursue growth into senior clinical roles.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with Saturdays based on patient needs. Applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree and be ready to obtain RBT certification within 20 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; proof via diploma or transcript.
• No experience necessary; paid training and RBT certification fully covered.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Experience in childcare, QMHP, or health sciences is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment and collaborate with the team.
• Grow with the organization, potentially advancing to BCBA roles.
