Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Aurora, CO. This full-time position offers daytime hours, with Saturdays optional, and immediate start dates. You will work one-on-one with children, implement ABA therapy plans, and help track progress in a dynamic clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher degrees preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and engage with children ages 18 months to 8 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Create a safe, engaging, and organized therapy space.
• Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team.
• Support clinic operations as needed.
