Action Behavior Centers in Fountain, CO seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to support children with autism through structured therapy sessions. This on-site role offers Monday–Friday daytime hours, with paid training and full RBT certification coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Bachelor's Degree required and degree verification during hiring
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active during therapy sessions

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, and hands-on activities
• Stay engaged and active throughout therapy sessions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed
