Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Parker, CO is seeking an entry-level Direct Support Professional. The role involves one-on-one ABA therapy with children and requires a Bachelors degree. Training is provided, and RBT certification is fully paid for.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with no nights, and opportunities for Saturdays based on patient needs. This is a full-time position with guaranteed hours and growth potential within ABC clinics.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required and must provide diploma or official transcript showing the degree awarded.
• Paid training provided and you will be fully trained for RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based methods.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
