Herzing University seeks a part-time SME to guide the design of a new MS in Applied Behavior Analysis and to support ABAI accreditation efforts. The role involves mapping curriculum to ABAI standards, coordinating accreditation timelines, and aligning program outcomes with BACB requirements.

Competenze

• Hold a doctoral degree in behavior analysis or applied behavior analysis.
• Hold current BCBA certification with the BCBA-D designation, in good standing.
• Experience teaching, designing, and launching an accredited online ABA program.
• Experience with the ABAI accreditation process as a program director, faculty member, or reviewer.
• Demonstrated skills in curriculum sequencing, assessment and accreditation alignment.
• Experience designing or overseeing supervised fieldwork or practicum experiences.

• Accreditation timeline: propose milestones and hiring needs to meet ABAI eligibility and application requirements.
• Standards crosswalk: map curriculum to ABAI standards and provide gap analysis and revisions.
• Certification/licensure alignment: document alignment to BACB requirements and state licensure.
