Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in behavior analysis or applied behavior analysis is required.
• BCBA certification with BCBA-D designation in good standing is required.
• Experience teaching, designing, and launching an accredited online ABA program.
• Experience with ABAI accreditation process as director/faculty/reviewer.
• Demonstrated skills in curriculum sequencing, assessment, and accreditation alignment.
• Experience designing or overseeing supervised fieldwork or practicum experiences.

Responsibilities

• Accreditation timeline: propose milestones, dependencies, and hiring needs.
• Standards crosswalk: map curriculum to ABAI standards with gap analysis.
• Certification/licensure alignment: align curriculum to BACB requirements and state licensure.
• Program communication: draft internal communications and review external materials.
• Meetings: attend scheduled project meetings with leadership.
• Deliverables: submit deliverables per SME contract schedule.
