Herzing University seeks a part-time SME contractor to guide the design and accreditation of a new MS in Applied Behavior Analysis. The role involves drafting an accreditation timeline, crosswalking curriculum to ABAI standards, and ensuring BACB licensure alignment across states.

You will work with the AVP of Curriculum and Assessment and the Department Chair-Behavioral Health to produce compliant deliverables.

Qualifications

• Hold a doctoral degree in behavior analysis or Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Hold current BCBA certification (BCBA-D) in good standing.
• Experience teaching, designing, and launching an accredited online ABA program.
• Experience with ABAI accreditation process as a program director, faculty member, or reviewer.
• Demonstrated skills in curriculum and course sequencing, assessment and licensure alignment.
• Experience designing or overseeing supervised fieldwork or practicum experiences.

Responsabilités

• Accreditation timeline. Propose an accreditation timeline with milestones, dependencies, and required hiring needs (including program director and faculty qualifications).
• Standards crosswalk. Review the proposed curriculum and map it to ABAI standards with a crosswalk, gap analysis and revisions.
• Certification and licensure alignment. Document curriculum, supervised fieldwork plan, and program outcomes alignment to BACB requirements and state licensure.
• Program communication. Draft internal program communications and review external materials.
• Meetings. Attend scheduled project meetings with AVP of Curriculum and Assessment and Department Chair-Behavioral Health.
• Deliverables. Submit deliverables on schedule per SME contract and program structure.
• Confidentiality and AI use. Protect confidential information; use AI tools per policy.
• Contract. Adhere to SME contract; additional duties may be assigned.
