Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in behavior analysis or applied behavior analysis.
• Current BCBA with BCBA-D designation in good standing.
• Experience designing and launching an accredited online ABA program.
• Experience with ABAI accreditation process as director, faculty or reviewer.
• Curriculum sequencing, assessment alignment and licensure mapping.
• Experience supervising fieldwork or practicum experiences.

Responsibilities

• Propose an accreditation timeline with milestones and hiring needs.
• Review curriculum and map to ABAI standards with a gap analysis.
• Document alignment to BACB requirements and state licensure.
• Draft internal program communications and review external materials.
• Attend meetings with AVP of Curriculum and Assessment and Department Chair-Behavioral Health.
• Submit deliverables on the SME contract schedule.
• Protect confidentiality and follow AI governance policies.
• Adhere to the SME contract and take on additional duties as assigned.
