Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in behavior analysis or applied behavior analysis.
• Current BCBA certification with BCBA-D designation, in good standing.
• Experience teaching, designing, and launching an accredited online ABA program.
• Experience with ABAI accreditation process as director, faculty member, or reviewer.
• Demonstrated skills in curriculum and course sequencing; assessment and accreditation; and licensure alignment.
• Experience designing or overseeing supervised fieldwork or practicum experiences.

Responsibilities

• Propose an accreditation timeline with milestones, dependencies, and staffing needs.
• Map curriculum to ABAI standards and deliver a gap analysis with revisions.
• Document alignment to BACB requirements and state licensure needs.
• Draft internal program communications and review external materials.
• Attend scheduled project meetings with the AVP of Curriculum and Assessment and the Department Chair-Behavioral Health.
• Submit deliverables on the SME contract schedule and program structure requirements.
• Protect confidentiality; use AI tools per policy.
• Adhere to the SME contract and perform additional duties as assigned.
