Job summary

Little Scholars Services is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead our ABA team across Orange County. You will supervise RBTs and clinicians, oversee patient caseloads, and ensure treatment plans align with family-centered values.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• BCBA or equivalent licensure/certification in good standing.
• Experience as Clinical Supervisor or lead clinical role preferred.
• Experience across clinic, home, school and community settings a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs, Mid-Tier Supervisors, and other clinical staff.
• Oversee training, onboarding, and ongoing staff development.
• Design, review, and update treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, state regulations, and payer requirements.
• Lead scheduling, caseload management, and treatment fidelity.
• Provide performance feedback and coordinate with clinical directors.
