Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Strong skills in behavior management, instructional strategies, communication, organization and interpersonal relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, training and mentorship to behavior consultants and therapists.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with families to foster a strong therapeutic alliance.
• Utilize DTT and NET methodologies in therapy sessions.
• Conduct functional assessments to guide behavior strategies.
• Support professional development of team members through coaching.
