Job summary

Pacific Clinics is seeking an ABA Clinical Supervisor (LMFT, LCSW, BCBA) to join our growing Neurodevelopmental Services team in a center-based setting. The role oversees field and clinic supervision, conducts assessments, and develops comprehensive treatment plans for children and families.

The position requires a Master’s degree with relevant experience and licensure (LMFT/LCSW/PsyD/BCBA) and involves coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based ABA interventions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and two years of relevant experience required.
• Licensure in LMFT, LCSW, PsyD, LPCC, or BCBA certificate is required.
• Demonstrated ability to speak with persons of various backgrounds and develop programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide field/clinic supervision and clinical training per payor and BACB requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and report results to the clinical team.
• Design and submit treatment plans aligned with payer timelines and family needs.
• Provide direct intervention coverage to ensure continuity of care.
• Develop caregiver training programs and participate in progress meetings with treatment teams.
• Coordinate services and build relationships with internal and external providers.
