Job summary

Little Scholars Services is seeking a compassionate BCBA to serve as Clinic Director, leading the clinical team and day-to-day operations at our California site. You will supervise clinical staff, ensure high-quality ABA programming, and maintain regulatory and payer compliance while guiding clinic growth.

You will mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and analysts, collaborate with families and educators, and contribute to site culture and strategic initiatives with the company leadership.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing; BCBA-D preferred.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Minimum of 3–4 years' ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Leadership or clinic management experience preferred.
• Experience conducting FBAs and related assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to ethical, family-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and evaluation of individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct and review FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and progress evaluations.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to BCBAs, analysts, RBTs, and BTs.
• Review data and modify programs based on progress.
• Train parents and caregivers to support skill generalization.
• Ensure documentation standards and regulatory/payer compliance.
