Building Block Resolutions in Orange County, CA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Supervisor for a full-time hybrid role. You will lead clinical care for a manageable caseload and supervise staff across home, school, and community settings.

Requirements include an active BCBA certification and 1+ year BCBA experience; strong leadership and communication skills are essential. Competitive salary and incentives are provided.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (BACB) is required.
• 1+ year BCBA experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and clinical judgment are essential.
• Comfortable working across home, school, and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical care for a manageable caseload (10–15 clients)
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to staff
• Review and finalize FBAs and treatment plans
• Ensure ethical, high-quality ABA services across settings
• Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours/week
