Job summary

Love 2 Learn Consulting in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor responsible for creating and implementing ABA programs. The role involves mentoring Behavior Interventionists and conducting client assessments.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in Psychology or related field, with at least three years of ABA experience and demonstrated supervisory skills. This position includes frequent travel across Orange County and requires excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Minimum one year experience in a supervisory role.
• Eligible to sit for the BCBA exam and/or finishing BCBA supervision hours.
• Excellent verbal communication with staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement and monitor ABA programs.
• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy and Parent Consultation when necessary.
• Supervise Behavior Interventionists and Parent Consultants.
• Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments.
