Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking a Clinical Supervisor II to oversee clinical treatment for a caseload of patients across center, home, school, or telehealth settings. You will supervise behavioral technicians, develop treatment plans, and coach caregivers to ensure high-quality ABA services.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA, BCBA certification, and demonstrated ASD experience, with strong communication and documentation skills and

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA or related field; BCBA certification required.
Experience working with individuals with ASD.
Strong communication, documentation, and travel ability.

Responsibilities

Provide supervision and coaching to behavior technicians.
Develop and update treatment plans monthly and ensure adherence.
Collaborate with caregivers, payers, and school teams to coordinate care.
Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and communicate progress clearly.
