360 Behavioral Health in Bellflower, CA, is seeking an Assistant Clinical Supervisor II. You will carry a caseload, supervise and mentor staff, and help ensure high-quality clinical programs while advancing your Master’s in ABA or related fields.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans, gaining hands-on supervisory experience and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years ABA experience (desirable).
• 1+ year supervisory experience including staff training and evaluations.
• Expertise in assessment and intervention strategies.
• Report writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements, including supervision hours and direct service delivery.
• Manage client programs, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain documentation.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and consult with case providers.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, including training, feedback, and parent coaching.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and special projects as needed.
