Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment, assess patient needs, and develop action plans across center, home, school, and telehealth settings.

You will supervise caregivers and coach technicians, ensuring high-quality ABA care, documentation, and HIPAA compliance in a full-time salaried role reporting to the Group Clinical Manager. Onsite with hybrid/remote options available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board is required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours meet 100% adherence each month.
• Coordinate care with caregivers and other professionals.
• Provide coaching and training to behavioral technicians.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation across settings.
