Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification and active credentialing.
• Experience with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass TB test.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans for patients.
• Promote optimal outcomes through clinical judgment and supervision.
• Ensure 100% supervision hour adherence monthly.
• Observe treatment implementation and update plans monthly.
• Coordinate care with caregivers, payors, and professionals.
• Provide ongoing coaching to behavioral technicians and staff.
