Stars Behavioral Health Group in Irvine, CA is hiring a Crisis Stabilization Quality Assurance Manager to lead QA programs for outpatient services, educate staff on documentation practices, and ensure Medi-Cal and county standards are met.

You will coordinate with Research, EMR, and Finance to oversee CQI data and support certification reviews, with emphasis on staff leadership and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of Quality Assurance or Medical Records experience required.
• One (1) year in a management / supervisory role preferred.
• One (1) year of mental health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Quality Assurance Programs for the respective Outpatient Programs.
• Educate about, track and monitor report completions; supervise staff documentation.
• Coordinate with Research, Program Practices, EMR, and Finance Departments.
