Job summary

ACES in Modesto, CA is seeking a Master’s-level clinician to design and oversee ABA programs for individuals with autism, applying OBM principles to drive outcomes.

You will supervise direct care staff across regional clients, collaborate with families and professionals, and contribute to program evaluation using advanced data-collection software.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field and ABA experience.
• Ability to train, manage and support entry-level staff.
• Proven ABA program development experience.

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For:

• Enrolled in a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Education, ABA or related field
• Completed degree preferred
• Proven ABA experience (developing and implementing client programs)
• Enthusiastic leaders who enjoy training, managing and supporting entry-level direct care staff
