Job summary

Cultivate BHE is seeking a Clinical Manager in Austin to oversee a team providing center, in-home, and in-community services and to ensure individualized treatment plans are effectively implemented. You will lead a diverse group of clinicians and staff, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to regulations across settings.

The role emphasizes collaboration with regional operations, ongoing staff development, and rigorous supervision hours to support optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with concentration in ABA or related field (required for leadership).
• BCBA certification and state licensure preferred.
• Three to five years of supervision and case management experience.
• Strong passion for behavioral science and evidence-based practice.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage staff including BCBA, Program Supervisor, Apprentices, Training Coordinator, and RBTs/BTs.
• Ensure communications with staff are behavior-analytic and constructive.
• Lead All-Staff meetings and liaise between clinicians, therapists, and operations staff.
• Demonstrate leadership to manage patients, staff, and families. Adjust caseloads as needed.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to maximize supervision hours and service quality.
• Oversee onboarding and quality service for every child served in the region.
• Maintain budget, ensure supplies, and support in-home and community services.
• Review treatment plans and provide feedback before submission to insurers.
