Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks a Clinical Leader to mentor Behavior Specialists, ensure fidelity of ABA programs, and advance clinical quality for children and families. You will guide teams, supervise in-field delivery, and support families with education aligned to treatment goals.

This role emphasizes developing clinical leaders, pursuing BCBA certification, and building strong partnerships across Training and Operations. Competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Relevant ABA experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• 2+ years of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Behavior Specialists through in-field coaching, feedback, and performance evaluation.
• Conduct regular home and community visits to ensure fidelity of clinical programming.
• Provide individualized parent education aligned with treatment goals.
• Monitor documentation quality, lesson plans, and service utilization.
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams.
