Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a Clinical Leader to mentor Behavior Specialists, perform in-field coaching, and ensure fidelity of ABA programming across home and community settings. You will guide documentation quality, support parent education, and collaborate with Training and Operations teams to sustain clinical excellence.

The role emphasizes developing leadership skills toward BCBA certification with structured mentorship, tuition assistance, and robust clinical training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–2+ years ABA experience or 1 year plus 12 ABA credits.
• Active pursuit of BCBA certification.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Behavior Specialists through coaching and feedback.
• Visit homes and communities to ensure fidelity of clinical programming.
• Provide parent education aligned with treatment goals.
• Monitor documentation quality and service utilization.
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams.
