Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks a Clinical Leader to mentor Behavior Specialists, lead in-field supervision, and advance clinical quality. You will guide teams toward BCBA certification while maintaining high standards of care in homes, schools, and communities.

Starting pay is $34-38 per hour, based on experience, with full benefits and growth opportunities through CSD University and structured mentorship. This role emphasizes clinical excellence, accountability, and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires ABA experience and supervision capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Reliable transportation to fulfill home and community visits.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Behavior Specialists with in-field coaching and performance feedback.
• Conduct regular home and community visits to ensure fidelity of clinical programming.
• Provide individualized parent education aligned with treatment goals.
• Monitor documentation quality, lesson plans, and service utilization.
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams.
