Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks a Clinical Leader to guide Behavior Specialists in the field, ensuring high-quality ABA programming for children and families. The role emphasizes mentorship, field coaching, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to advance clinical outcomes.

You will support supervisors toward BCBA progression, participate in home visits, and contribute to the ongoing development of clinical processes within a values-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 2+ years of related ABA experience preferred; alternative pathways include 1 year of ABA experience with 12 semester units or BCaBA certification.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel for home/community visits.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Behavior Specialists through in-field coaching, feedback, and performance evaluation.
• Conduct regular home and community visits to ensure fidelity of clinical programming.
• Provide individualized parent education aligned with treatment goals.
• Monitor documentation quality, lesson plans, and service utilization.
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams to align on clinical standards.
