Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks a Clinical Leader to mentor Behavior Specialists, deliver in-field coaching, and advance clinical quality across home, school, and community settings.

You will lead fidelity checks, support parent education, and partner with Training and Operations to strengthen programs while pursuing BCBA certification.

CSD offers tuition reimbursement, a strong clinical training pathway, and dedicated mentorship to grow into senior roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years ABA experience or 1 year with 12 ABA units or Board-Certified associate Behavior Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Behavior Specialists through in-field coaching, feedback, and performance evaluation.
• Conduct regular home and community visits to ensure fidelity of clinical programming.
• Provide individualized parent education aligned with treatment goals.
• Monitor documentation quality, lesson plans, and service utilization.
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams.
