Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) hires Clinical Leaders to coach Behavior Specialists, conducting in-field coaching and performance feedback to ensure high-quality ABA programs. This role involves home and community visits to maintain fidelity, plus parent education aligned with goals.

You will monitor documentation and collaborate with Training/Operations while supporting pathways toward BCBA certification and advanced leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; ABA experience preferred.
• 2+ years of ABA field experience or 1 year + 12 credits in ABA; BCBA candidate acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Behavior Specialists with feedback and performance evaluations.
• Conduct home and community visits to ensure fidelity of clinical programming.
• Provide parent education aligned with treatment goals.
• Monitor documentation quality, lesson plans, and service utilization.
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams.
