Job summary

ACES is a leading ABA services provider seeking a Clinical Manager, Treatment Initiation to lead initial assessments and intake for ABA services. You’ll help identify long-term client objectives with families and set initial treatment directions.

The role requires BCBA certification, independent work capability, and strong communication. You will support the care team and drive clinical excellence while contributing to organizational growth and staff development.

Qualifications

• Master's in ABA or related field; BCBA certification or license.
• 3+ years of clinical supervision experience as a BCBA (5+ years preferred).
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provides timely and accurate assessments in clinic, home, community, or via telehealth.
• Utilizes evidence-based ABA assessment techniques.
• Transition clients from intake to their treatment team and monitor hours in first authorization period.
• Assist VP of Clinical Service Delivery and Assessment Coordinator with trainings.
• Review treatment overview with family and keep care team updated on assessment status.
• Prepare and submit final ABA assessment report using templates.
• Stay informed of ABA assessment techniques via trainings.
• Review quarterly outcome data and contribute to clinical strategy.
• Support challenging clinical cases to improve outcomes.
