Job summary

ACES is a leading ABA service provider seeking a Clinical Director to elevate treatment standards by overseeing the effective and efficient delivery of services across staff teams. The role focuses on growth and well-being of the assigned office or region, managing hours, supervisors, and clients under executive leadership.

You will monitor policy compliance, drive quality improvements, and maintain strong collaborative relationships between clinical and administrative departments.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and in good standing required.
• 3–5 years BCBA experience with 1–2 years in a clinical leadership role preferred.
• Strong understanding of ABA service delivery, clinical quality standards, utilization management, and staff development.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, conflict resolution, and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilization Management: conduct daily and weekly reviews with supervisors for office and client utilization.
• QPI Monitoring and Collaboration: join supervisors during visits to provide feedback and support on cases and supervisory responsibilities.
• Billing/Doc: monitor billing to doc data, supervise staff performance improvements.
• Supervisor management: conduct 1:1 meetings, organize monthly supervisor meetings, and manage staffing changes.
