Job summary

Behavioral Framework NC LLC is seeking a Senior Clinical Training Manager for our High Point Clinic. The role leads the Clinical Support Supervisor team, ensures adherence to policy, and maintains high-quality session notes and billable hours.

Requirements include a Master’s in ABA and BCBA certification, with experience training staff and managing clinical workflows. Local travel and a 40+ hour workweek are expected; salary ranges from $90,000 to $95,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing and appropriate State licensure.
• Proven experience organizing and managing employee training.
• Knowledge of the behavioral health industry and terms.
• Proficient knowledge of computer systems including Salesforce and Paylocity.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct management to the Clinical Support Supervisor team.
• Ensure clinicians adhere to company administrative and clinical policies and procedures.
• Ensure weekly billable hours are met, session notes are of high quality, and required communications are fulfilled.
• Audit delivered trainings, data collection systems, and session notes; identify needs and develop a training plan.
• Review, monitor, and evaluate treatment integrity to ensure optimal implementation of treatment protocols.
• Coordinate training support across the clinical team and communicate across clinical and administrative teams.
