Job summary

Behavioral Framework, LLC invites a motivated BCBA to join our clinic-based team in High Point, NC. You will lead and mentor Behavior Technicians, deliver supervision and parent training, and conduct VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and AFLS assessments.

Build individualized plans in a supportive, patient-centered environment. You will analyze data to drive meaningful outcomes while upholding ethical, culturally responsive practice.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience with VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS assessments.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise Behavior Technicians.
• Deliver high-quality supervision and parent training.
• Complete VB-MAPP/ABLLS/AFLS assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with payer standards.
• Analyze data to drive outcomes.
