Job summary

Ability Builders seeks a Clinical Director in Fort Wayne, IN to provide clinical leadership and oversight for all ABA services. You will mentor clinicians, support program development, and ensure services meet ethical and organizational standards while guiding staff through complex cases.

You will collaborate with operations leadership to enhance client outcomes, maintain quality, and manage a reasonable caseload in a mission-driven, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana.
• Experience providing ABA services.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills.
• Ability to mentor and support developing clinicians.
• Prior supervisory or clinical leadership experience.
• Experience supporting an ABA team.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and support to BCBAs and clinical team members.
• Monitor quality of programming and ensure services align with standards.
• Support effective implementation of ABA principles across the clinic.
• Provide consultation, coaching, and mentorship to clinicians.
• Assist with complex cases and clinical decision-making as needed.
• Facilitate clinical discussions, peer reviews, and case consultations.
• Support onboarding and professional development of clinical staff.
• Provide feedback and guidance to promote clinician growth and confidence.
• Help foster a collaborative, supportive clinic culture.
• Monitor clinical documentation, authorization requirements, and service quality.
• Support compliance with company standards and payer requirements.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Use data and outcome measures to guide clinical decision-making.
• Partner with operations leadership to support clinic goals.
• Participate in site meetings, scheduling discussions, and leadership meetings.
• Assist with problem-solving related to staffing, client needs, and service delivery.
• Support continued growth and development of the Fort Wayne location.
