Job summary

Great Heights ABA, Fort Wayne, Indiana, seeks a Clinical Director to provide clinical leadership, oversee ABA services, and foster a positive staff culture. You will mentor clinicians, ensure ethical practice, monitor outcomes, and collaborate with operations to meet clinic goals.

Requirements include BCBA certification, a Master’s in a related field, Indiana licensure (or eligibility), and proven leadership in ABA settings.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required/in good standing with BACB.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Licensed (or eligible) in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ABA services.
• Monitor quality of programming and alignment with ethical standards.
• Review client progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.
• Mentor clinicians and support staff development.
• Collaborate with operations to meet clinic goals.
• Support site meetings and staffing decisions.
