Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Clinical Director to provide clinical leadership, oversight, and QA for ABA services across the clinic. You will mentor staff, ensure high-quality care, and align services with organizational standards and ethics.

The role reports to the Director of Programs and Operations; offers a $103,000 annual salary with merit-based increases and bonus opportunities, plus a comprehensive benefits package for staff and families.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Indiana.
• Experience providing ABA services.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills.
• Ability to mentor and support developing clinicians.
• Prior supervisory or clinical leadership experience.
• Experience supporting an ABA team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and support to BCBAs and clinical team members.
• Monitor quality of programming and ensure services align with standards.
• Support effective implementation of ABA principles across the clinic.
• Provide consultation, coaching, and mentorship to clinicians.
• Assist with complex cases and clinical decision-making as needed.
