Job summary

Behavioral Health Allies is seeking a Clinical Director for the Early Intervention Clinic and Academy to provide strategic and operational leadership of clinical services, ensuring high-quality, ethical ABA delivery and regulatory compliance across programs.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee supervision, and drive data-informed decisions to sustain program growth while upholding BHA’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field from an accredited program.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Active Missouri and/or Kansas LBA licensure as applicable to service locations.
• Completion of BACB-required supervision training (8-hour supervision course)

Responsibilities

• Oversee assessment, treatment planning, implementation, and progress monitoring for all clients served.
• Review and approve clinical documentation, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with BHA policies.
• Ensure data-driven decision-making and timely adjustments to treatment plans.
• Oversee clinical capacity, staffing models, and utilization to support program sustainability and growth.
