Job summary

Ability Builders seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Fort Wayne, IN, to lead clinical assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs and BCaBAs. The role focuses on evidence-based ABA services and collaboration with families to generalize skills across environments.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, contribute to treatment progress decisions, and uphold BACB ethical standards while advancing professional growth and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Indiana.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design and monitor behavior intervention plans to promote meaningful outcomes.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze client data and adjust treatments to progress toward goals.
• Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families for skill generalization.
