Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana
Employment Type: Full-Time, Salary-$103,000 annual salary with regular merit-based increases and bonus opportunities.
Schedule: Monday–Friday. Work hours may fluctuate as needed to meet job responsibilities, support clinical and operational demands, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Reports To: Director of Programs and Operations
The Fort Wayne Clinical Director is responsible for providing clinical leadership, oversight, and quality assurance for all ABA services delivered within their assigned center. This role ensures that clinical services are effective, ethical, and aligned with organizational standards while fostering a positive culture for staff, clients, and families. As a champion of our mission, the Clinical Director models compassion and dedication for both staff and the families we serve, helping to renew hope within our diverse communities through the delivery of high-quality care. They serve as a mentor and leader to clinical team members, foster professional growth and development, and collaborate with operational leadership to ensure exceptional client outcomes and effective service delivery.
