Qualifications
Associate degree or higher in business/healthcare admin or related field required.
Healthcare/ABA experience preferred and valued.
Proven ability to manage administrative tasks and support staff in a clinical setting.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily front office and administrative functions of the clinic.
Open the center each day and ensure scheduling tasks are completed before learners and staff arrive.
Serve as first point of contact for learners, caregivers, and staff, maintaining a welcoming, professional environment.
Manage center scheduling through the EHR and coordinate cross‑center support as needed.
Handle back‑end operations: timecards, time off requests, attendance tracking, and audits for documentation accuracy.
Provide back‑up support to therapists for non‑clinical items and maintain up‑to‑date records.
