Job summary

The ABA Clinic Director oversees daily operations and clinical quality at our Richmond, VA clinic, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based ABA services align with the organization’s treatment model while maintaining regulatory, funding, and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required
• Virginia LBA license or eligibility
• Minimum 5 years ABA experience including supervisory/leadership
• Experience with ABA technology platforms
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA and BACB guidelines
• Ability to develop and mentor staff

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and mentorship to BCBAs, BTs, and RBTs
• Ensure fidelity of ABA treatment plans through observations and data review
• Oversee clinic operations and regulatory compliance
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
• Align weekly schedules and manage hour utilization with KPI tracking
• Collaborate with executive leadership on goals and quality initiatives
• Maintain high client and family satisfaction and professional culture
