Job summary

Sunrise ABA is seeking an Operations Manager to lead center operations in Beaverton, OR. You will own regional scheduling, staff coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with clinical, recruiting, and leadership teams to ensure high-quality services.

The role emphasizes compliant, efficient operations, data tracking, and proactive problem-solving to minimize disruptions and drive business metrics. On-site presence is required with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of operations, scheduling, or team management experience (ABA or healthcare preferred).
• Leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Experience managing schedules, staffing coordination, or workforce planning is strongly preferred.
• Experience with CentralReach or similar systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily center operations, ensuring a safe, organized, and high-quality environment.
• Own all scheduling for the center and surrounding region, including staffing and learner schedules.
• Supervise BTs, RBTs, and center staff across onboarding, development, and retention.
• Support payroll, billing, timekeeping, and documentation processes for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor KPI metrics like utilization, cancellations, and scheduling efficiency.
• Coordinate intake scheduling, onboarding, and learner launch progress.
• Collaborate with clinical, recruiting, HR, and leadership teams to align staffing and operations.
