Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Center Operations Director for the North Brunswick, NJ center. You will lead daily operations, collaborate with senior clinical leaders, and drive strategic growth in ABA services for children and families.

The role focuses on non-clinical leadership, staff development, and improving client satisfaction. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits accompany a Monday–Friday schedule in a community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA Therapy preferred.
• 2–4 years of direct people management in a Manager/Director role.
• Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience may be considered.
• Strong leadership, planning, organization and time management.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and oversee day-to-day operations at the center.
• Expand access to ABA services by building relationships with schools, physicians, health systems, and referral sources.
• Manage administrative relationships with Board Certified Behavior Analysts and staff.
• Facilitate onboarding meetings with families and build confidence in the clinical team.
• Advocate for families by resolving issues promptly and compassionately.
• Ensure accurate insurance reimbursement through oversight of authorizations and billing.
• Motivate staff and monitor progress toward center objectives.
