Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers invites a Clinical Director to lead clinical operations at our New Jersey center. You’ll coach BCBAs, oversee case reviews, and guide families through tours, assessments, and onboarding, all while driving outcomes and maintaining compassionate, play-based care for children ages 2–9.

You will shape a positive, team-first culture in partnership with the Practice Manager, fostering professional growth and ongoing excellence in a collaborative, research-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and BCBA certification required.
• Experience directing autism programs and supervising BCBAs.
• Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate client success for all learners within your center.
• Drive clinical quality by supporting, training, and mentoring BCBAs.
• Identify areas of need through case reviews and provide targeted coaching.
• Develop staff by modeling best practices and giving feedback.
• Maintain accountability for client progress using outcome metrics.
• Oversee full intake, tours, assessments, and onboarding for new learners.
• Manage caseload assignments to ensure balanced, effective care.
• Support BCBAs in clinical and operational challenges.
• Partner with Practice Manager to lead the center and foster team culture.
