Job summary

Calqulate Metrics Ltd in Utah seeks an experienced ABA Center Director to lead our Cottonwood Heights location, overseeing clinical excellence and day-to-day center operations. The role blends hands-on clinical supervision with business management—ensuring clients receive evidenced-based care while the center runs efficiently, ethically, and in compliance with state and payer requirements.

Responsibilities include leading clinical staff, managing operations, staff development, and building

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Eligible for Utah behavior analyst licensure.
• Minimum 3–5 years of direct ABA therapy experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years in a leadership, supervisory, or clinical director role.
• Strong knowledge of ABA data collection, treatment planning, and program development.

Responsibilities

• Clinical leadership: oversee treatment plan development and reviews.
• Supervise BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff.
• Conduct case reviews, audits, and clinical quality checks.
• Ensure compliance with BACB Ethics and ABA best practices.
• Lead team meetings, case conferences, and staff training.
• Manage day-to-day center operations, scheduling, and caseloads.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train clinical and administrative staff.
• Perform staff evaluations and support professional development.
• Foster a collaborative team culture and address staffing concerns.
• Ensure licensing, HIPAA, and payer requirements are met.
