Job summary

Software Placement Group seeks an experienced ABA Center Director to lead its Cottonwood Heights, Utah location. The role blends hands-on clinical supervision with business operations, ensuring evidence-based ABA services while maintaining compliance and center profitability.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in ABA, BCBA certification, and Utah licensure eligibility, with 3–5 years of direct ABA experience and 1–2 years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have BCBA certification and state licensure eligibility.
• Minimum 3–5 years of direct ABA therapy experience.
• 1–2 years in leadership/clinical director roles.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, treatment planning, and program development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and review of individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs and other staff.
• Conduct case reviews and clinical quality checks.
• Ensure services align with BACB Ethics Code and ABA best practices.
• Lead staff meetings and trainings.
• Manage center operations, scheduling, and caseloads.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff; evaluate performance.
• Foster positive team culture and monitor retention.
