Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in Southern California is seeking a Case Supervisor (CS) to lead Behavior Technicians, oversee client services, and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.

You will partner with families through training and collaboration, ensure documentation accuracy, and uphold quality standards and funding compliance while mentoring a clinical team. We offer flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years designing or implementing behavior analytic services.
• BCBA coursework units preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians through coaching and supervision.
• Oversee services for clients and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
