Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking a Case Supervisor (CS) to lead and mentor Behavior Technicians, oversee client services, and craft individualized behavior intervention plans in Southern California. You will partner with families, ensure documentation quality, and support funding compliance while growing clinically.

Qualifications

MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services (BCBA coursework units preferred).
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned areas.
Ability to meet onboarding and pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians through coaching, support, and supervision.
Oversee services for clients.
Assist in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
Partner with families through training, communication, and collaboration.
Ensure clinical quality, documentation, and compliance with funding sources.
Contribute to a culture of excellence, learning, and continuous improvement.
