Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in Southern California is seeking a Case Supervisor to lead and mentor Behavior Technicians, oversee client services, and help develop individualized behavior intervention plans.

You will partner with families through training and collaboration, ensure clinical quality and documentation, and support funding-source compliance while contributing to a culture of excellence, learning, and growth.

Qualifications

• MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned areas.
• Able to meet onboarding and pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians through coaching, support, and supervision.
• Oversee services for clients.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Partner with families through training, communication, and collaboration.
• Ensure clinical quality, documentation, and compliance with funding sources.
