Qualifications

• MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services (BCBA coursework units preferred).
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians through coaching, support, and supervision.
• Oversee services for clients.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Partner with families through training, communication, and collaboration.
